Job Description
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for receiving data from the System OMC portal and checking for accuracy and consistency of the information
Uploading the received loading authorities to the depot team in a timely and efficient manner as per the set lead time indicators.
Uploading the endorsed Loading authorities received from the depot team into the KPC portal within the set lead time indicator
Monitor and report truck queuing on the KPC system into the System, escalate any disruption/lead time failures to the supervisor for immediate resolve.
Any other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND TRAITS
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in purchasing and Supplies, Business Administration, or related field.
1-2 years of sales experience in oil & gas depot operations.
Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge in inventory management.
