Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting potential clients through cold calls, networking, events, and online channels.
Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads and create a pipeline of potential clients through research and outreach.
Client Acquisition: Focus on converting prospects into clients by presenting products and services effectively and addressing their needs.
Sales Presentations & Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to decision-makers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and account management teams to align strategies and support the full sales cycle.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, particularly in new business acquisition.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Knowledge of the local market and industries is a plus.
