Job Overview:
The Operations Manager will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for developing and executing operational strategies that align with our business goals. You will oversee the day-to-day operations across marketing, sales, and finance, as well as manage relationships with vendors, partners, and clients. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will play a critical role in driving the company’s short-term and long-term growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve Our business goals. Identify short-term performance growth goals and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
Operational Management: Oversee daily operations across key departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, ensuring smooth execution of business activities and optimization of processes.
Business Planning: Create and execute detailed business plans and procedures to improve operational efficiency, increase profitability, and drive company growth.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report business performance metrics to the CEO, ensuring transparency and data-driven decision-making.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, business partners, and key clients to enhance service delivery and support strategic partnerships.
Team Leadership: Work closely with department heads to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams.
