Marketing Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, assets, and deliverables

Maintain and update marketing calendars, databases, and reports

Draft and proofread marketing materials, social media content, and email communications

Support event planning, sponsorships, and promotional activities

Track KPIs and assist in preparing performance reports

Manage content uploads to websites, CRMs, and social platforms

Help ensure brand consistency across all materials and touchpoints

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or relevant field

At least three (3) years of proven experience in a marketing or communications role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

Experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

A proactive mindset with attention to detail
