IT Support - Onsite

Job Responsibilities

Provide technical support / assistance to end-users problems across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and request

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network, printer sand scanners

Provide technical support for LAN, internet connectivity issue reported

Updating computer software

Assist with ongoing development or related to company policies and procedures

​Documenting processes and performing diagnostic tests.
