IT Governance Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides support in reviewing and implementing IT controls, as well as other standards applied within the organization.

Reviews ISO standards, J-SOX regulatory framework, statutory and regulatory requirements, other IT frameworks, and YMC standards.

Conduct cybersecurity-related activities including control reviews, audits, risk assessments, and identification of potential threats and improvement opportunities.

Conducts thorough reviews of monitoring activities, including user list inventory, IT asset inventory, IT investment effectiveness evaluation, and other related processes.

Oversees the management of IT storage room assets, including tracking of incoming and outgoing items, identifying items for disposal, and recording returned equipment.

Conducts training sessions and awareness programs to ensure employees are well-informed about established IT controls.

Manage, monitor, and update the documents, forms, records, etc. of the team.

Participates in IT-related audits and assists in providing the required records or evidence, ensuring that all submissions are aligned with established IT controls.

Processes tickets related to global application requests, including account provisioning, modification, and deletion, and ensures timely status updates in the ticketing system.

Submit weekly and monthly reports to the superior. Perform other functions that may be assigned by the superior.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any IT Related courses;

At least 1-year experience in IT related audits with experience in creating guidelines of procedures.

Basic understanding of J-SOX framework;

Familiar with broad range of IT processes, including networking, server management, policy implementation, and cybersecurity.

Proficiency in creating reports using data analysis tools and techniques.
