IT Cybersecurity Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinates with other YAMAHA subsidiaries to improve cybersecurity.

Conducts quarterly cybersecurity awareness and phishing attack simulation.

Responds to, and investigates, security incidents and provides thorough post-event analyses.

Conducts research on new cyber threats and hunting techniques to support development activities.

Monitors all computing devices, applications, networks, using extended detection and response, next generation security information and event management.

Collaborates with IT Governance and contribute efforts to measure compliance.

Supports Level 1 security issues and concerns.

Performs other tasks and functions assigned by immediate superior.

Updates job knowledge by tracking and understanding emerging security practices and standards, participating in educational opportunities and organizations; and reading professional publications.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Engineering & Computer Science

At least 1-year in the field of IT Infrastructure or Information Security

Cybersecurity certifications like Sec+, CySA or CC certifications is advantage.

Experience with Crowdstrike, knowledge in Extended Detection and Responds (XDR) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) is desirable.

Experience in conducting cybersecurity awareness and phishing simulation attack.
