Job Description
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?
Working with our retail and store teams to ensure accurate inventory controls
Analysing sales data and forecasting demand to determine optimal inventory levels
Monitoring and adjusting inventory levels to minimise overstocks and stockouts
Coordinating with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
Implementing and maintaining inventory control systems and procedures
Conducting regular cycle counts and physical stock audits
Identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies and variances
Providing detailed inventory reports and insights to support business decision-making
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Relevant tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field
Minimum 3 years' experience in inventory management, within the retail industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity and experience with inventory management software and systems
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous process improvement
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Shopify a bonus
