About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Product team at Property Finder, supporting the Compliance, Quality, and Availability workstreams. This is a full-time, 12-month internship based in Dubai, offering hands-on experience in product operations, compliance processes, data analysis, and project management within a fast-paced proptech environment.Key Responsibilities

Support compliance documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements for property listings

Conduct data analysis and research to inform product and compliance decisions

Create and write user stories, EPICs, and prepare JIRA tickets for development teams

Collaborate with UX to review designs and provide input from a compliance perspective

Assist in workflow mapping and process documentation for new and existing products

Participate in quality assurance (QA) for new regulatory logic and features

Help manage projects, track deliverables, and support cross-functional coordination

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field

Strong analytical and research skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with JIRA is a plus

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

Arabic Language

Computer science or computer information system degree

Passion to learn and dig through data

Duration:

12 months (full-time internship)

Pay: this is a paid internship of 6000 AED per month max for 1 year commitment.
