About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Shadow and support the Co-Founder in daily operations, decision-making, and strategic planning

2. Analyze sales, operations, and marketing data to identify insights and suggest improvements

3. Drive special projects across verticals such as product, supply chain, marketing, and customer experience

4. Use Advanced Excel to manage reports, automate trackers, and create dashboards

5. Identify process gaps and propose practical, scalable solutions

6. Conduct competitor research, market analysis, and product benchmarking

7. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, tech, and customer service teams

Requirements:

1. Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills

2. Show passion for D2C brands and awareness of e-commerce trends

3. Be proficient in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, basic automation)

4. Possess an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative

5. Exhibit high levels of integrity, ownership, and accountability

6. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
