Key Responsibilities
Prepare variety of Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fry, dim sum, fried rice, noodles, soups), Nigeria delicacies and Continental dishes.
Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest standard of taste and presentation.
Manage kitchen inventory, ingredients, and food preparation processes.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Innovate and introduce new Chinese recipes to refresh the menu.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 - 5 proven years experience as a Chef.
Deep knowledge of Chinese dishes, Nigerian delicacies cooking techniques and traditional recipes.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Culinary school certification is an added advantage.
