Nexoris Technologies is a full-service software agency delivering web and mobile app development, custom software, UI/UX design, and SEO-driven growth strategies. We’re currently hiring a full-time Business Development Intern to join our remote-first team.

About This Role

This is not a passive internship. You’ll be on the frontlines of client acquisition, growth strategy, and deal execution, supporting a team that’s solving real business problems with custom technology.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales and is ready to work full-time, Monday to Friday (9AM–5PM), in a fast-moving, tech-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

Identify and qualify leads across industries (tech, education, health, logistics, etc.)

Write compelling proposals and client outreach emails

Manage CRM pipelines and follow-up tasks

Research strategic partnerships, RFPs, and business opportunities

Collaborate with internal teams (design, dev, product) to shape offers

Join strategy meetings and actively contribute BD ideas

Assist in organizing pitch decks, demos, and growth campaigns

What We're Looking For:

1 - 2 years of hands-on business development or client-facing experience

Clear, persuasive communicator (written + verbal)

Confidence in writing proposals and conducting outreach

Familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, LinkedIn, Airtable, or HubSpot

Self-driven and highly organized - no micromanagement here

Access to reliable power and internet (this role is remote)

Passion for tech, startups, and digital transformation in Africa

Internship Details

Type: Full-Time, Remote

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: Monthly stipend
