JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a

key role in creating accurate and comprehensive 3D models of Products in projects using Revit software. The Revit BIM

Modeler will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the integration of design concepts

and construction requirements into the BIM model. This position requires a strong understanding of architectural and

construction principles, as well as proficiency in Revit software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Model Development: Develop detailed 3D BIM models using Revit based on architectural and engineering

drawings. Ensure accuracy and completeness of the BIM models, incorporating design changes and updates as

required.

2. Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to understand project

requirements and design intent. Coordinate with the project team to resolve conflicts and discrepancies in the

BIM model.

3. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks on BIM models to ensure adherence to industry standards and

project specifications. Review and verify the accuracy of information within the BIM model.

4. Documentation: Generate 2D drawings and construction documentation from the BIM model. Maintain proper

documentation of model changes and revisions.

5. Communication: Communicate effectively with project team members to address design and coordination

issues. Participate in project meetings and provide input on BIM-related matters.

6. Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Revit BIM processes and best

practices. Stay informed about advancements in BIM technology and incorporate new tools and techniques into

workflows.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.

• Professional certification in BIM or related field.

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on Revit software. (portfolio required).

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.

Salary would be in line with the experience.
