Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the Philippine accounting team
Manage AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and financial reporting
Align with the Australian finance team on deliverables and deadlines
Drive process improvements and implement best practices
Support audit preparation and compliance with Australian standards
Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA or CA qualified
5+ years’ accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of transactional accounting and Australian standards
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP or NetSuite
Familiarity with Salesforce and Blackline is a plus
Excellent communication and cross-timezone collaboration skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Experience in Financial Services or FinTech highly regarded
