Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develops area operating plans, budgets, and ensures adequate resources, including manpower, logistics, and funding.
Supervises branch personnel, conducts performance evaluations, and provides coaching to align with corporate goals. Executes company-wide marketing initiatives, identifies local marketing opportunities, and strategizes to increase sales.
Conducts branch spot checks, monitors security measures, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitors sales performance, approves operating expenses, and analyzes financial reports to refine business strategies.
Scouts new locations, prepares business proposals, and oversees pre-launch activities for new or relocated branches.
Tracks industry trends, monitors competitor strategies, and provides insights to improve product offerings and business positioning.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
At least five (5) years of work experience with in-depth knowledge of sales/distribution, operations, and related fields.
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor employees, and drive alignment with corporate goals.
Ability to analyze market trends, develop public relations strategies, and enhance corporate branding.
Willing to accept assignments in different locations in North Luzon based on operational demands.
Can start immediately.
