Job Title: Senior Manager / Chief Manager - Underwriting

Products/Department: Retail Health / Group Health / Travel / Extended Warranty / Corporate

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

• There are multiple openings for various departments (mentioned above) to manage the underwriting profile

• Data management and cuts on UW, FY basis

• Responsible for review of Various Product Portfolio Management

• Scrutiny of product proposal, risk analysis and decision making

• Monthly monitoring of wallet share and business growth for channels and top key intermediaries

• Monitoring Boundary conditions, wallet share and business growth while keeping the LR in check.

• Knowledge for Integration with the partners / vendors

• Market mapping, activation of new channel partners and new business locations, development of business through existing channel partners and locations

• Stream lining and ease of business process to be developed for channels.

• New product development and systems

• Adherence to all regulatory guidelines and regulations

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

• Graduate / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

• Min 2 years of Specific UW experience.

• Should be a Team player

• IRDAI Regulations
