Job Description :
Identify and engage prospective families through various channels.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective families to ensure enrollment targets are met.
Conduct tours, open houses, and provide program information.
Assist families with the enrollment process.
Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals.
Collaborate with marketing and teaching teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Sales or educational consulting (early education a plus).
A sales-driven, money-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Sales and persuasion expertise.
Proficient in CRM systems and office software.
Preferably minimum 3 years of Direct and B2C sales experience.
Willing to be placed around Bogor/Bintaro
Flexible to work on weekends for events.
Passionate about early childhood education.
