Showroom Salesperson

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to walk-in retail customers in the showroom, offering excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Assist customers in selecting suitable plumbing and hardware products based on their needs.

Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customer orders.

Support the team in managing and organizing showroom stock.

Provide input and support in digital marketing efforts, particularly on social media, by leveraging graphic design skills (preferred).

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of sales experience in the Plumbing & Hardware Materials Supply industry is mandatory.

Preferred: Background or knowledge in graphic design and familiarity with social media platforms for marketing purposes.

Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in preparing quotations and understanding plumbing/hardware products.

Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
