Risk Analyst (Cebu)

Job description:

Risk Assessment and Analysis

Identify and analyze risks across the business.

Perform quantitative and qualitative risk assessments on businesses, pricing structures, customer contracts, and supply contracts.

Develop risk models and sensitivity analyses for energy supply scenarios and cost simulations.

Risk Monitoring and Reporting

Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal stakeholders.

Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and escalate abnormal patters or exposures.

Support the development and maintenance of the company’s risk register.

Risk Mitigation and Process Improvement

Evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems for key processes.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and minimize risk exposure.

Recommend and track corrective actions based on audit findings.

Support management in special projects and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.

3 years experience in risk management. Experience in energy/power/utilities sector is preferred.

Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and risk modelling software.

Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-directed. Great team player.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Willing to work on hybrid setup (3x onsite, 2x WFH) and flexible hours when business conditions require.
