About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and onboarding candidates. This role is pivotal in building a strong employer brand and ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various job openings.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Collaboration: Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs and job specifications.
Job Postings: Create and post job descriptions on appropriate platforms to attract suitable candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Compliance: Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the hiring process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification by an industry organization such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or HR Certification Institute (HRCI).
Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Familiarity with social media platforms and other online recruitment channels.
Working Conditions
