Position: Public Relations & Social Media Intern, Fall 2025

Are you passionate about storytelling and engaging an audience? Coveo is looking for an intern to join our Public Relations team. Your mission? Create content that resonates with our customers, whether with potential clients or Coveo employees.
Our Public Relations team plays a key role in amplifying Coveo’s presence in the market. By fostering meaningful and strategic interactions, the team helps increase brand awareness and showcases the power of our product to the right audiences. As an intern, you’ll be an active contributor to this mission. Your work will help elevate Coveo’s voice, strengthen our media presence, and build lasting connections with key stakeholders.
Your impact, day to day:
• Create compelling, brand-aligned content for Linked In that highlights company achievements, thought leadership, and executive perspectives.
• Coordinate the social media content calendar to align with marketing campaigns and key business milestones.
• Identify and track award opportunities that align with the company’s strengths and strategic goals, maintaining an organized timeline of submission windows and requirements.
• Contribute to the creation of award entries by drafting compelling narratives, editing for clarity and impact, and ensuring brand alignment.
• Assist in the development and distribution of internal newsletters, announcements, and press releases, helping to maintain consistent messaging and employee engagement.
The Essentials:
• You are currently studying in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related program in a Bachelors degree or higher in the province of Québec.
• You can be present at the office at least two days a week. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility, you can benefit from face-to-face learning from your team on office days while home days allow you to focus and complete complex work.
• You are available to work full-time for 15 weeks and are legally entitled to do so in Canada.

• You have writing experience, whether that be for a school paper, a student organization or an internship experience and can explain complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• You are passionate about the tech industry, you like to keep up with news and trends.
• You have strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• You thrive in a dynamic work environment that is highly collaborative across many teams.
• You’re curious by nature, you aren’t afraid to ask questions to strengthen your understanding!
• You’re bilingual (French and English), not required, but a bonus! We have customers across the world!
