As Project Development Senior Officer, you’ll take a leadership role in executing real estate development from start to finish. You will collaborate closely with the Project Development Head and cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and deliver projects that are timely, profitable, and aligned with market needs.

【Responsibilities】

・Drive and manage project timelines, workstreams, and critical milestones

・Coordinate across teams (design, legal, sales, permitting, construction, etc.)

・Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitor analysis

・Develop and evaluate pricing, sales strategies, and client approvals

・Ensure timely compliance with all pre-launch and turnover requirements

・Support budget tracking, profitability analysis, and risk management

・Assist with property turnover and transition to property management

【 Requirements 】

【MUST】

・Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical course (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Admin, Economics, Management Engineering)

・Strong strategic thinking and data analysis capabilities

・Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to coordinate with various teams

・Proficient in Microsoft Excel, business case creation, and feasibility studies

・Excellent oral and written communication skills

【BETTER】

・Prior experience in real estate development, construction, or project management

・Familiarity with housing regulations, permitting, or local government processes

・Experience in handling property turnover and setting up property management

・Interest or exposure to Japanese design, quality standards, or work culture

・Background in sales strategy or marketing is a plus
