Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree Graduate
Minimum of 2 years in administration or marketing coordination experience for Australian client is highly desirable
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written, with high attention to detail
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tasks and stakeholder engagement
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign), Canva and social media platforms
Comfortable learning new systems, with experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and NPS software a bonus
Job Descriptions:
Assist with the coordination of marketing campaigns, communications, and events
Support graphic design needs across the firm (e.g. social tiles, flyers, event collateral)
Update websites and intranet content in line with brand guidelines
Create and distribute client communications via EDM software (e.g. Campaign Monitor)
Manage social media scheduling and posting (LinkedIn and Facebook)
Coordinate event logistics including invitations, RSVPs, and attendee management
Assist with the collection and collation of marketing data for monthly reporting
Maintain marketing calendars and schedule appointments as required
Support the marketing team and wider firm with general administration and ad hoc tasks
Work Set up:
2-3x a week onsite at BGC Taguig
