Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Post job ads and screen candidates.
Coordinate interviews and background checks.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns.
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure a healthy and compliant workplace culture.
3. HR Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Prepare contracts, letters, and other HR documentation.
Track attendance, leave, and performance records.
