Manages Manpower Request for Direct, Fixed-Term, and OJT.
Prepare manpower request report monthly.
Ensures all vacancy are filled with suitable candidates within the standard lead time.
Source and shortlist candidates through the conduct of initial interview.
Facilitates manpower endorsement and deployment of newly hired/absorbed employees.
Process and receives direct employee's requirements for proper documentation and 201 files.
Utilize various sourcing tools such as attendance to job fairs and online recruitment services.
Processes probationary's performance management documents as well as regularization and internal hiring procedures.
Manages onboarding process including processing of pre-employment requirements and issuance of deployment materials.
Conducts extensive background check to previous employers, schools, and to other character references provided by the selected candidates.
Perform other functions which maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Preferably with 1-3 years extensive background in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong organizational skills.
Must be willing to be assigned in Greenfield District, Mandaluyong.
