Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will support executive-level sales operations by managing client relationships, assisting in the development of sales strategies, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the sales department.

This role is ideal for a proactive, creative, and organized individual with a passion for sales, innovation, and customer satisfaction. A strong online presence and digital savvy will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist the sales executive team in developing and implementing strategic sales plans.

* Maintain and update client databases, sales records, and CRM systems accurately and promptly.

* Prepare detailed sales reports, presentations, proposals, and customer communications.

* Handle and prioritize incoming inquiries, follow up with prospects, and schedule client meetings.

* Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless client experience.

* Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

* Help manage the company’s online sales platforms, social media presence, and digital engagement strategies.

* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.

* Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing sales events or client meetings.

* Uphold the company’s standards of professionalism, service excellence, and customer care.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Minimum educational requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree, NCE, HND, OND, Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Social Sciences, or any related field.

* Proven experience in a sales support, executive assistant, or customer-facing role.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

* Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work under minimal supervision.

* Creative thinking and a passion for finding innovative solutions to sales challenges.

* Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM or sales tools.

* A proactive online presence or experience with digital marketing/sales tools is a plus.
