Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and curate social media content across all social media channels.
• Proactively work with internal staff / day to day managers to strategically develop specific content
• Work in partnership with external designers to the customise designs provided into the necessary marketing materials.
• Develop and roll out up social media campaigns for clients and key events (including or excluding paid ad campaigns?).
• Create and execute monthly social media schedules for all artists.
• Research and advise on changes to social media trends and strategies.
• Provide a minimum of weekly updates to management on key projects, progress and any challenges regarding content or delivery.
• Work with external stakeholders such as photographers, videographers, artists, labels and other creatives to maintain “on brand” consistency via all social media and marketing.
• Facilitate all design elements across all clients. This could include but is not limited to creating or editing posters, gifs, creating or editing short videos.
• Assist in the setup of digital marketing processes across the LTM roster to refine and streamline communication. For example, Scheduling reminders for asset delivery, show announces, release campaign, artwork delivery, festival announces, social campaigns, posts and marketing
• Engaging key stakeholders in the design and sign off process associated with content creation.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in Social Media Management across Facebook and Instagram.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow a detailed brief.
• Excellent skills in Photoshop, Publisher, In Design, iMovie, other video editing software
