What is AHG Lab?

AHG Lab is one of the largest independent venture studios in the Philippines based in Poblacion, Makati. We are dedicated to building an ecosystem that empowers and accelerates founders and startups in the Philippines, Southeast Asia, and beyond through various efforts and strategies that the venture studio takes on. AHG Lab's core remains as an early partner and institutional co-founder for entrepreneurs, where we deploy funding, venture-building capabilities, support, advice, and other infrastructure that plug startups into our network to design, grow, and scale their business.

The AHG Lab 'ecosystem' currently has 30+ venture portfolio spanning from more than 15 sectors/industries.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for highly motivated individuals — college students or recent graduates — who are eager to learn, create, and grow with us. As we expand our team, we welcome passionate and creative minds to work with us!

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, lead your own projects, and immerse yourself in the Philippine startup ecosystem. Interns will also get the chance to connect with founders, investors, and key industry leaders.

Position: Marketing Intern

Basic Qualifications:

Proficient in creating pubmats, creative reports, designing a presentation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and edit presentations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

You are interested to build a career around Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital, or related fields

Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills, organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects.

Willing to assist in company events, training, and workshops

What can you expect?

This internship is an opportunity to interface with senior management of a rapidly expanding

venture and ecosystem-building studio. Interns will be exposed to the venture studio's operations,

financial management, and marketing efforts as well as those of the 30+ ventures being co-built

with the company.

Interns will gain meaningful experience side-by-side marketing experts, financial analysts,

seasoned operators, experienced managers, and real-life founders — all of which are geared to

helping interns gain a better understanding of where they can be most effective in the startup

space, while providing them insights as to where they can further develop their professional

capacities.
