Techno-Functional Lead – Data Quality

What You’ll Do

You’ll bridge the gap between business users and technical teams—owning the frameworks, tools, and governance that ensure clean, reliable data across the enterprise.

Lead the design and implementation of data quality frameworks and policies across critical domains (e.g., client, trade, and security data)

Configure and integrate enterprise DQ tools like Ataccama, Informatica, IBM InfoSphere, SAP Data Services, etc.

Collaborate with investment, compliance, and operations teams to define what “good data” looks like

Drive root cause analysis and remediation workflows to resolve data issues at scale

Establish data ownership and stewardship models and track KPIs to measure ongoing data quality

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams on all DQ-related initiatives

Support integration of DQ tools via APIs, scripting, and light development

Translate business requirements into executable logic for data quality rules

Participate in data governance councils and contribute to strategic data initiatives

Ensure adherence to regulatory and audit requirements through robust data controls
