Position Overview

As a Technical Content Writing Intern, you’ll create clear, accurate, and engaging content that explains complex software products, development processes, and cutting-edge technologies. You’ll work closely with our engineering and product teams to translate technical concepts into user-friendly articles, guides, and marketing collateral.

Key Responsibilities

Blog Posts & Articles

Research and write in-depth blog posts on software development topics (e.g., programming languages, frameworks, DevOps practices, Industry 4.0 trends).

Website & Landing Pages

Collaborate with marketing to produce product overviews, feature pages, and case studies that highlight technical value.

Social Media & Newsletters

Develop tech-focused posts and email content that showcase our expertise and thought leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with website team, designers, developers, QA engineers, and product managers to gather information, review drafts, and validate accuracy.

Content Review & Maintenance

Update existing documentation and marketing copy to reflect new features, best practices, and evolving industry standards.

Technical Documentation & Guides

Draft and maintain user manuals, API documentation, integration guides, and release notes.

Qualifications

Fresh graduate or current student pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Technical Communication, or related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with impeccable attention to detail.

Familiarity with software development concepts and terminology (e.g., REST APIs, CI/CD, object-oriented programming).

Hands-on exposure to at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) through coursework or projects.

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate them into clear, concise copy.
