Sales Executive - (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Management.

At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC or technical field.

Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – mandatory.

Basic understanding of HVAC systems is a plus.

Target-oriented with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Able to work independently and in a team, with high initiative.

Willing to travel for business purposes when required.

Job Descriptions:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients in the HVAC sector.

Conduct product presentations and offer HVAC solutions tailored to client needs.

Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on the entire sales process until closing.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet technical specifications and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Conduct market research and analyze HVAC industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Translate technical documents and facilitate communication in Mandarin when necessary.
