Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Proposal and Marketing Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pune. The role will focus on generating business enquiries, preparing technical and commercial proposals, conducting market research, client communication, and supporting the overall sales and marketing strategy of the company.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (UG / PG / MS)

• Experience: 2 to 3 years in a relevant field

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and search for new business enquiries

• Understand customer requirements and prepare technical & commercial proposals accordingly

• Draft technical specifications as per client requirements

• Prepare P&ID (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams) and perform system costing

• Handle technical queries from clients efficiently

• Conduct techno-commercial discussions and meetings with clients

• Travel across India for client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions

• Conduct strong market research to identify trends and new opportunities

• Create compelling proposals and marketing materials

• Contribute to sales strategies and business development activities

• Deliver impactful presentations to clients and stakeholders

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies

• Technical understanding of industrial systems and components

• Proposal drafting and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel pan-India

• Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry preferred

• This is a full-time, onsite position in Pune. We do not offer work-from-home, hybrid arrangements, or accommodation.
