Job Description

As a co-op student supporting the Program Management team for the RCD program, you will assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth execution of program related initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in program management within the maritime industry, providing an opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into project coordination and management.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Programs team with coordination between production and customer, managing internal and external stakeholders. Process improvement project, reducing waste, delivering customer requirement.

Help with development of processes, KPIs, reporting, training.

Leverage strong communication skills to engage with internal stakeholders across several departments, including Engineering, Production, and Supply Chain to prepare and deliver internal and external progress updates.

Completion of project & team performance reporting.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program related to:

Project Management

Business Administration

Commerce

Engineering

0-2 years’ experience.

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, openness to learning new technology.

Skilled in organizing and managing a variety of tasks with varying priorities and is a fast learner and effective problem solver.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
