Job Description
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Production Optimization:
Planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of the oil processing production process to maximize efficiency and output.
Quality Control:
Ensuring that all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
Budget Management:
Developing and managing the production budget, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Equipment Management:
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of processing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Safety and Environmental Compliance:
Ensuring that all operations comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Team Leadership:
Leading and managing a team of production supervisors, engineers, and other personnel.
Reporting:
Generating and submitting production reports, including hydrocarbon accounting reports.
Collaboration:
Working closely with other departments, such as maintenance, engineering, and sales, to ensure smooth operations.
