Job Description
Job Summary
Responsible for providing the front office services for the smooth coordination of activities of the office and serve as the point of linkage between property office, its clients and visitors.
Major duties & Responsibilities
Ensure security of office equipment, documents and records.
Record dictation in shorthand and transcribing in typewritten form.
Process data and managing e-office.
Plan and organize meetings, workshop/conferences and seminars, operate office equipment.
Respond to correspondences.
Attending to visitors/clients.
Handle telephone calls, enquiries and appointments.
Schedule appointments for clients.
Ensure proper filing and record keeping.
Filing, typing, monitors and respond to mail.
Any other duties as shall be assigned.
Person Specification
Diploma/Higher National Diploma in business administration or related field
Two years’ experience.
Proficiency in computer applications
OR
KCSE (mean grade D+) or equivalent qualification.
Craft Certificate.
Four (4) years relevant work experience where applicable.
Proficiency in computer applications
CPA Part II or equivalent accounting certification.
