Job Description:
Ensure the accuracy of invoices with each third-party logistics provider and resolve any billing-related issues promptly.
Receive, sort, and process invoices for payments from third-party logistics providers.
Create purchase requests for all third-party logistics payments and billing activities.
Monitor financial transactions related to logistics operations, including warehousing, transfer, and direct delivery.
Process third-party logistics billing transactions to YMPH accounting.
Input billing costs into the Navision system for superior's approval.
Validate billing from third-party logistics and dealer support to ensure accuracy.
Perform additional related duties or projects as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments as needed.
Assist with tasks such as Sales Returns processing, inventory management, and other Ynspire transactions.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Accounting courses.
Proven experience in logistics administration or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with financial transactions and invoicing processes.
Experience with Navision or other ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willing to be assigned in LIMA, Malvar Batangas office.
