Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Contact all online customers prior to delivery to confirm order details and delivery arrangements.

Ensure dispatch riders contact customers before taking orders out of the premises

Ensure all orders are received processed and completed before the close of business

Ensure consistent follow-up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, and ensure proper tracking of products and materials across the warehouse.

Address any logistical challenges, including delays, damages, or discrepancies, and work towards resolving them quickly.

Handle customer complaints or concerns related to delivery and logistics in a professional and timely manner.

Oversee and manage the end-to-end logistics process, including inventory, and storage.

Requirements:

0-1 year experience.

Minimum of HND from a reputable institution.
