Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic Lead Generation and Sales Associates to help us reach and convert prospects into participants for our online classes. You will engage with potential leads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok, using simple scripts and strategies (training will be provided). No previous experience required—just strong communication skills, consistency, and a passion for results.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage with potential leads on social media

Send DMs, comment strategically, and spark interest in our free class

Track leads and follow up to convert them to paid participants

Share content and promotional materials as assigned

Join weekly check-in calls for feedback and updates

(You will be trained on all responsibilities)

Requirements:

Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, or TikTok (just basic use)

Strong written communication (good grammar, polite tone)

Smartphone and internet access

Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and show up daily
