IT Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end-users and assist with hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Support system setup. user account management. and routine maintenance Of IT infrastructure.

Contribute to IT projects, software updates, inventory documentation, and basic cybersecurity

Requirements

A degree in Science, Information Technobgy, or a related field.

1 year (post NYSC) experience in an IT Support role.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware. operating systems (Wlndows/Linux), and networking concepts.

Good troubleshooting, cornmunication, and teamwork skills.

Wlllingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
