IT BUSINESS ANALYST (CONTRACTUAL)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into IT solutions.

• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.

• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other IT teams to ensure successful solution implementation. • Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.

• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend technology-driven solutions.

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and frameworks.

• Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Visio, Click Up, DrawIO).

• Proven experience in the banking and finance industry, loans, or accounting projects.

• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

• CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification (preferred but not required).
