RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle the overall administration of employee services such as hiring,

onboarding, benefits, quality data records/certification, exit clearance and HR

information system.

Conduct hiring-related initiatives and processes from job ad review/posting,

applicant sourcing, screening/assessment, pre-employment requirements to

onboarding & integration.

Process and document employee movement such as but not limited to

regularization, transfer, promotion, etc. including clearance procedures.

In-charge for registration, update, computation, certification, processing, and

administration of employees’ statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF,

etc. based on government legislation and updated rules of law.

Ensure quality, confidentiality and integrity of HR information system data and

all document/records.

Facilitate the registration, update, distribution, payment, cancellation, and

processing of employees’ company provided benefits, privileges, and related

concerns following the Company Policy and Standards.

Contribute to learning and development strategies by creating learning

resource materials and modules, including assessment, monitoring and

evaluation tools for improvement and optimization.

Conduct of orientation, presentation, reports, training sessions and focus

group discussions on multi-platform set up, collaborating with different parties

(internal/external) on best practices and effective development initiatives and

communication strategies.

Facilitate employee development through effective research, careful study,

and data analysis to create learning opportunities, identify development gaps,

and recommend suitable intervention to improve employee knowledge and skills

Create and revise communication plan and ensure proper dissemination to

employees of company announcements, guidelines, and advisories.

Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of the

Company’s overall employee hiring, welfare and benefits strategy and

recommend enhancements based on updated legal requirements, market study,

internal requirements, and data collection procedures.
