Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment, administrative support, and onboarding coordination with our PRO team. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills and experience in document handling and verification.
Source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews
Support onboarding and liaise with the PRO team for visa processing
Verify and maintain employee documents and records
Handle office admin tasks and assist in day-to-day operations
Prepare reports and trackers using Excel
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
Strong coordination, documentation, and communication skills
Prior experience with onboarding and admin support preferred
