We’re Hiring: Head of Student Life | Avasara Academy

Full-time | Residential Position | Pune

Avasara Academy is looking for a Head of Student Life to lead and shape a vibrant, inclusive, and empowering campus culture for our students.

This is a residential, full-time role for someone ready to live on campus and be at the heart of our student community. The Head of Student Life is a key member of our leadership team—overseeing the ecosystem of student experience beyond the academic curriculum, including co-curricular activities, residential life, student well-being, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Life Management – Ensure a safe, supportive, and joyful living environment for our residential students.

Student Culture & Leadership – Foster student voice, values, and leadership through creative, mission-aligned programming.

Co-Curriculars & Community Life – Design experiences beyond the classroom—from weekend activities to service initiatives—that bring campus to life.

Advisor Training & Team Oversight – Guide, support, and mentor Residential Advisors.

Academic Support (as needed) – Coordinate with academic teams to support learning in residential spaces where appropriate.

Operations & Administration – Lead communication, systems, scheduling, and policy execution related to student life.

Who We're Looking For:

4–5 years of relevant experience in student life, residential programs, education, youth development, or related fields.

A background in education, social work, counselling, or youth leadership (Bachelor’s required, Master’s preferred).

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, empathy, resilience, and a passion for working with adolescents.
