Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
Process Optimization and Documentation
Create, update, and distribute process documentation and SOPs.
Regularly audit existing documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Operational Data Reporting
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Generate compliance tracking and reporting process.
Project Management
GBC Transition support for assigned areas to include task tracking, dependencies, dates, owners, statuses, and risk identification.
Embedding company PMO standards into all project management activities
System Ownership
Function as a Business Analyst for the functional area's systems.
Collaborate with system admins and experts to ensure the use of current versions.
QUALIFICATIONS
BA/BS Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any course relevant to the role
Proven experience in HR process maintenance and optimization.
Experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on modern HR tools respectively.
Experience with project management
Proficiency in key HR operational data reporting and KPI analysis.
Knowledge of automation tools and techniques.
