RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures compliance with financial regulations and tax laws

• Handles tax assessments and inquiries

• Ensures corporate tax & regulatory compliance

• Prepares and file monthly, quarterly, and annual taxes and reports ensuring

accuracy and compliance with Philippine tax laws and regulations

(WHT,EWT,VAT,DST,FWT)

• Ensures all financial and accounting records are thoroughly maintained and

complete in preparation for independent auditor

• Conduct regular pre-audits to identify discrepancies or opportunities for

improvement and provide recommendations

• Assists in working closely with external auditors and tax authorities to address

BIR tax audits/LOA

• Assists in the budget preparation and analysis

• Prepares and ensures timely reporting of cash flow

• Be familiar with internal financial accounting procedures and policies

• Participate and contribute positively to the implementation of different

programs for team improvement

• Performs other related duties as assigned

【 Requirements 】

REQUIREMENTS:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Accountancy, Accounting

Technology, Financial Management or equivalent

• At least 2 years experience in the field of General and Financial

Accounting/Tax/Audit

• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Office 365

• applications (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Forms)

• Experience in General Accounting, account reconciliation, Financial Statements

preparation and filing, Tax preparation and filing and BIR audit

• Knowledge of Philippine and International Accounting

• Hands-on experience in any Accounting software/system is an advantage

• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

• Ability to deal with people of different levels in the organization

• Highly analytical and with excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities

• A team-player, with strong sense of commitment to deadlines
