About the Role:

The Butcher Associate will be responsible for preparing and cutting meat products according to established standards, ensuring quality, freshness, and customer satisfaction. The job holder should have expertise in meat cutting techniques, knowledge of various cuts, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and prepare various types of meat according to customer specifications and portion control standards.

Ensure quality, consistency, and accuracy in all meat preparations.

Display meat products in an attractive and organized manner to enhance visual appeal and customer interest.

Monitor and rotate stock regularly to maintain freshness and minimize waste.

Inspect meat for quality, freshness, correct labeling, and remove any expired or spoiled products per company procedures.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product selection, offering cooking advice, and fulfilling special orders.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the butchery area to meet sanitation and food safety standards.
