Content Development Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design a wide range of visual and multimedia materials to support university-wide fundraising campaigns, donor proposals and reports, student recruitment drives, events, and institutional marketing.

Produce videos, presentations, brochures, flyers, infographics, web banners, social media visuals, and branded merchandise to elevate AMIU’s visibility and messaging.

Create visual assets for fundraising communications, including donor impact reports, naming opportunity spotlights, scholarship appeals, and stakeholder presentations.

Collaborate with division staff to visually support storytelling for donor engagement, alumni relations, and campaigns for capital and scholarship initiatives.

Support the Marketing & Communication Officer by designing graphics for social media, email marketing, the university website, and institutional campaigns.

Contribute to event promotions by producing banners, digital displays, roll-ups, and other branded materials aligned with each event’s theme.

Ensure brand consistency across all designs by following AMIU’s visual identity guidelines and editorial tone.
