Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company mission and growth plans for both fertilizer production and EV assembly projects.

Lead operational planning for development, construction, and commercial launch phases.

Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives ensuring seamless transitions between project phases.

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations of the organic fertilizer plant and EV assembly line ensuring productivity, quality, safety, and compliance.

Optimize supply chain, production schedules, inventory management, and distribution channels.

Establish and monitor KPIs for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Project Development & Construction Oversight

Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams during plant setup and equipment installation.

Ensure all operational requirements are met on time, within budget, and adhere to environmental and safety standards.

Manage contractor relationships and vendor performance.

Team Leadership & Development

Build, lead, and mentor high-performing operations teams.

Foster a culture of safety, innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

Implement training and development programs aligned with operational needs.
