Job Description

What you’ll be doing:

Distribution of ATO correspondence including Notice of Assessments, Div 7A and overdue notices

Contacting ATO to organize payment plans, registrations, lodgment deferrals and other items

Management of all corporate secretarial activities with CAS360 including distribution of Company Statements, adding / removing new companies, updating company details

Following up overdue invoices

Establishment of entities including Companies, Trusts, SMSF’s through our third-party establishment software (Lightyear Docs).

Management and upkeep of CRM (Monday / XPM / CAS / Ignition / TAP)

What will make you a great fit:

Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative/ secretarial role supporting management in their company communications, calendar schedules, and business letters.

Experience working with an AU Accounting firm is an advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive and enthusiastic attitude

Competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Ability to juggle conflicting priorities while maintaining strict confidentiality

Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to prioritize workloads, manage expectations and deliver on time

Enthusiastic and dedicated with a team orientated approach

Confidence to liaise with all levels of clients and contacts
