*Role Overview*

This is a full-time, on-site role in Lagos. The Graduate Trainee (Telesales) will sell CoolBucks' loan products, primarily public sector loans (NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, Tertiary Institutions, etc.), via phone and digital channels. Responsibilities include prospecting, client engagement, and executing outbound sales strategies.

*Requirements*

OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree

0–2 years post-NYSC experience

Strong communication and customer relationship skills

Sales experience, especially in the public sector (preferred)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
